We spent Spring Break meeting up with good friends at Arkansas Diamond Mine State Park.
We have discovered that we prefer to get a few hours into our travels on the first evening and look for a campground with pull through sites about 4 hours away. This trip that brought us to Southwestern VA. This allowed us time to detour to the Oak Ridge National to the Oak Ridge National Historical Site.
We spent the night off I-40 in Tennessee our final destination of Arkansas Diamond Mine State Park. We stopped at the Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site along the way.
